Q , Do you have stock production to sell?
A : No. We work on OEM orders, that means the size, material, quantity, design and packaging solutions etc will depends on your demand, of course,LOGO and pictures you need can be printed on the cardboard display.
Q , What information should I provide if I want to get a questions?
A : - The style & size of the cardboard display you want (Length x Width x Height)
- The quantity for the cardboard display
- The printing color and surface handing
- If possible, please provide with picture or design sketch for checking
Q , Can we use the color sample by ink-jet printing to check the color in mass production?
A : No, because the process of ink-jet printing is totally different from offset printing in mass production. The color will be different from the colors in mass production. If customers want to see how the color will look like in mass production, we will offer customer A3 or A4 size printing proof which is 90% close to the color in mass production.
Q , When we create artwork, which the format is available for printing?
A : After sample confirm we will start creat the artwork, the format can be PDF, CDR, AI, PSD
Q , What’s the lead time for sample order and mass productiion?
A : Sample lead time is 1 - 3 working days.Mass production lead time depends on the quantity of the products, generally is 7 - 10 working days
