Q , Are you a manufacturer?
A : Yes. We are manufacture & designer based in Shenzhen China, have been in cardboard display field for 5 years.
Q , Do you have stock production to sell?
A : No. We work on OEM orders, that means the size, material, quantity, design and packaging solutions etc will depends on your demand, of course,LOGO and pictures you need can be printed on the cardboard display.
Q , What information should I provide if I want to get a questions?
A : - The style & size of the cardboard display you want (Length x Width x Height)
- The quantity for the cardboard display
- The printing color and surface handing
- If possible, please provide with picture or design sketch for checking
Q , Do you offer sample?
A : Yes, we can offer white sample or color sample by ink-jet printing. After design, we can offer custom a white sample to check the size, paper quality, weight-supporting ability. After customer confirm the white sample, we will give customer die-cut line to make artwork. Usually, it is customer who make the artwork by themselves, if customer has difficulty or donot have designer to make artwork, we can help them as long as they offer us basic artwork ingredient. Next is to make color sample before mass production.
Q , What’s the lead time for sample order and mass productiion?
A : Sample lead time is 1 - 3 working days.Mass production lead time depends on the quantity of the products, generally is 7 - 10 working days
Q , How do you charge for sample?
A : We usually charge a small sum of money for making sample, just enough cover the cost. We will not own any money on making sample. When order is confirmed, the sample charge can be deducted from total value of order.
